Metallic hinged fasteners with nail holder bars - Type B
These are produced in galvanised iron and AISI 304 stainless steel to be applied to conveyor belts with thicknesses ranging between 2 and 5 mm.
The nails are mounted onto Easy Breaking brittle plastic holder bars and supplied together with a rail support, which make the multiple application of nail possible with a significant reduction in application time.
It is possible to carry about the application procedure using equipment which is normally commercially available (a hammer, cutters); however, it is advisable to use the moderately-priced VAT Nail Puller Plates which speed up the connection process and improve the fastener performances.
