Nylon Hinges - NY Type
The NY30 W Nylon hinges (White color) and NY30 LB (Light Blue color) are suitable for transport in the presence of Metal Detectors and X-rays.
They are suitable for contact with all types of food. Their high resistance to oily and greasy substances, high operating temperature, and the flatness of the surface on the bearing side make them ideal even when frequent belt washing is required.
The NY30 hinges are applied to the perforated belt using a 6.5 mm diameter punch, guided by the adhesive template provided.
Each box contains the elements needed to join the ends of a 2-meter-wide belt and includes a nylon monofilament, adhesive template, and instruction sheet.
